To rename a node, right-click over top of it in the List View of NVivo and choose the 'Node Properties' option. From the dialog box that appears, make the name change you require and click the OK button. Your node name will now be updated in the List View.

Tip: You can also select the node you want to rename and use Ctrl + Shift + P to bring up the Node Properties dialog box.
