If you open your copy of NVivo 9 while connected to the Internet, it should notify you if there is an update available. However, if you'd like to be 100% sure, you can choose File > Help (from the ribbon at the top of your screen) and select Check for Software Updates. NVivo will report back as to whether there are any updates available, and if so where to download them from. Note that all QSR service packs are available for download free of charge.
