Answer

The Revision Control/Track Changes features in MS Word enable you to add comments and keep track of any changes that are made to a document. These changes become ‘marked’, either within the text itself or as balloons in the right-hand margin. This feature easily enables multiple people to make changes to a document, which can then be easily viewed by other team members. There are articles on these features in our Resources section for both Word 2003 and 2007.
